Two weeks of vacation will be given without charge with a two week written notice. If the child only attends two days a week then four days will be given for vacation. Payment is required for any other days missed for scouts, illness, vacation, or any other unforeseen reason. The vacation calendar begins in September and runs through August. It is not accumulated from the previous year. One week may be applied in the first six months and he second week in the second six months.
